WHat are some of the good ones I cld try before I HAVE to start the pre op diet?

I like the ready to drink shakes. I bought Premier Protein shakes at Costco. It's there brand and someone else on this site recomended them. They have 30 grams of protein per shake and they're not expensive.

I like chike nutrition shakes. They have 28 grams of protein. You buy them online at ilikechike.com. They are kjnda expensive but they taste great.

Wrote those down...thanks! I will hv to ask my Nephew about the Body by Vi shakes...not sure what the sugar content is...I just want to try several diff ones so I will hv a "variety"

I am completely obsessed with Syntrax Nectar. Also, if you haven't visited yet- the world according to egg face blog has some very creative ways to "doctor" protein shakes. Good luck.

Shakeology is great!! All your veggies and fruit in 8 oz glass everyday! U don't have to order P90X DVDs to buy it either.
