  3. I just had the surgery a couple of months ago and went through the same thing at about 3 weeks and I totally panicked. . I was told it is completely normal. And then one day my body decided to catch up. Currently down almost sixty lbs total. Hang tight- it gets better.
  4. I am completely obsessed with Syntrax Nectar. Also, if you haven't visited yet- the world according to egg face blog has some very creative ways to "doctor" protein shakes. Good luck.
  5. In most situations I tell it like it is. The truth is usually best. In fact,I have been shocked at how supportive people have been. However, I was speaking to someone recently and felt the situation was best left vague. I simply said I had abdominal surgery and that seemed to be enough. Just go with what makes YOU feel comfortable. In reality, it is nobody's business but your own.
