Peanut Butter Banana

1 banana

1 tbs natural Peanut Butter

1 tbs honey

Cut up banana into cubes (add a little lemon juice and mix if preparing overnight so banana doesn't brown), mix PB and honey and microwave 30 seconds to melt. Add to cut up bananas and mix. Enjoy. Its really good and high in Protein...

Is there anything I can substitute the honey for? I hate honey

Instead of honey try agave how ever you spell it low glycemic and tastes sweet
