  1. I can't wait to see her face when she sees I couldn't eat all 7 pieces! Lol
  2. So, in order to reward myself for hitting the gym today, I decided to treat myself to a nice lunch of sashimi. Well, I've been to this place before but did not realize it changed to an all you can eat place till I sat down at my table. The waitress looked at me like I was crazy when I just ordered some salmon sashimi. I want to eat everything on the menu!!!!!
  3. You look like a different person! Very sexy!
  4. Crystal light or Wylers lemonade give me an upset stomach. I just learned to stay away from the lemonade.
  5. That's wonderful! Happy for you :-)
  6. Thanks for posting this! :-)
  7. I've been stuck at 168 for weeks! Ughhh!!! Surgery was 4/30 and do far I've last a total of 66 pounds though and I'm feeling great! I've been PMS'ing like a CRAZY WOMAN though, so I hope to be out of this rut by next week :-/
  8. Really good advice. I have had a few glasses of wine since surgery almost 4 months ago and have discovered my new limit is two glasses. I used to be able to drink a lot more than that! I will admit I'm kind of scared to try liquor if any kind.
  9. Thanks! I'm hoping this brand doesn't run big but you know what? I don't care! The label says they are a fricken size 12!!!! :-)
  10. You look absolutely stunning! Congrats on all your hard work paying off :-)
  11. MoM doesn't work for me. You could try glycerine suppositories or a fleet enema. Not so pleasant but will usually bring relief fast! If that doesn't help call your personal care physician.
  12. Haha, thanks for the extra effort! Oh my gosh! What an awesome feeling!
  13. I swear they weren't upside down when I bout them!! Lol
  14. Wow, you've worked really hard, congrats! Let me congratulate you in advance on your future weight loss as well...you, lady, are a true inspiration! :-)
  15. Ive been at s stall for a couple of weeks so I don't weigh myself everyday because its depressing but it's always tempting after I poop! LOL!
  16. I heard the collagen protein is worthless to us postop.
  17. Probably just broths and liquids for the first couple of weeks. Didn't they give you any instructions?
  18. I had a problem with dehydration and the ER doc suggested Gatorade G2 or power aid zero. Make sure you get the Gatorade low calorie. It has about 30 cals per 8oz serving. They both have pottasium which seems to be so hard to get. It's less expensive than pedialite and tastes good. I went to buy pedialite but it didn't list grams of sugar on the label. I'm no chemist so I skipped it.
  19. It's normal. Make sure you are getting enough fluids. Dehydration is nothing to mess around with. Above all else, sip, sip, sip. Getting up and just shuffling around the house will help too. Don't overdo it. You just had major surgery.
