I Am Addicted To My Scale

It's official I have a problem. I weigh myself 3-4 times a day. I am at 249 from 278 on 7/25/12 but this can't be good to weigh myself so often. But I find that I just want to see I anything has gone away in the last few hours especially if I used the bathroom. Does anyone else ever feel this way?

I'm obsessed with weighing myself too!!

  • I do the same thing... It's a huge morale boost seeing the numbers drop even it it's only a pound a day that I've found myself addicted to the scale. Truth of the matter is not how many numbers come

So true.

I do the same thing... It's a huge morale boost seeing the numbers drop even it it's only a pound a day that I've found myself addicted to the scale.

Truth of the matter is not how many numbers come off the scale in a day but rather how you feel after all you can't control the scale you can only control how you handle every new day of the new you.

At least that's what my wife tells me ;)

Raising my hand ;)

I used to weigh multiple times but now just weigh once in the morning. I wake up and get excited. It is a bummer though when I stay the same for a few days though
