  1. Way to go!!!!! Such a milestone for you!!
  2. One year ago today, I had my last OB visit before delivering my son. I weighed 422 lbs. today I got on the scale and was 298!!! I can't remember the last time I was under 300. Blowing my mind!!!!
  3. I shop at Savers and Ocean State Job Lots. Went from a 30/32 to a XL top and 22/24 pants in 3 months!
  4. I went home with 10 days of shots/ twice a day. Aside from some awful bruising and injection site swelling, it wasn't terrible
  5. My surgery was June 21 so about 9.5 weeks ago. Not one problem but I also felt like you...just waiting. I did have some pain once when I ate a little too fast but otherwise fine. I hope this continues for you too
  6. It also tracks weight and BMI and gives you progress charts
  7. I love Tap and Track. It gives you daily (and longer like weekly/monthly) reports on your nutrition including protein intake averages which I find amazingly helpful. You can also track exercise. I wish there was a way to track non- caloric liquid intake or medication but other than that, great app!!
  8. I weighed 420 lbs in Oct 2012 on the day I had my son. Got down to 376 after baby, nursing, and weight watchers. My surgery was June 21 and I currently weigh 316. I can't wait to get under 300 let alone 200!
  9. My highest weight was 420 lbs in October 2012, right before I had my son. I was 376 the day of surgery. I lost 19 lbs in the first week. My surgery was June 21,2012. I've been hovering at 60 lbs lost for close to two weeks. I just think my body is adjusting to losing 60 lbs in 9 weeks. As of today I weigh 316. That's 104 lbs since last October!
  10. Highest weight Oct 2012 - 420 day son was born Day of surgery 376 - 6/21/12 Today- 316 - 9 weeks post op 60 lbs since surgery / 104 lbs from highest weight!
  11. Awesome!!! I can't wait to get under 300 let alone 200
  12. Wine? Definitely try it at home first to see how it affects you. I thinki crystal light blueberry lemonade tastes like a mojito
  13. I like Teddies all natural, no agar added
  14. I find the blueberry lemonade tastes a bit like a mojito especially if you add mint
  15. What a difference! How much have you lost?
  16. I had that too but I increased my protein and it stopped . I average 95-110 g a day
  17. Quite the ordeal... Feel better!
  18. Congrats! It only gets better
  19. Raising my hand I used to weigh multiple times but now just weigh once in the morning. I wake up and get excited. It is a bummer though when I stay the same for a few days though
  20. I'm 7 weeks post surgery today. I'm averaging 95-110 g of protein a day. I start every day with a chocolate fudge EAS shake (11 ounces) mixed with a scoop of Syntrax nectars protein powder. I blend with an immersion blender and pour over ice. It's 40g of protein and tastes like chicolate milk. I eat lots of cottage cheese, yogurt, soft cheeses, chicken, chili, and turkey. I like ground beef or turkey mixed with no sugar added tomato sauce - like a bolognese sauce.
  21. That's sooo great! Can't wait to join you!
