Has Anyone Gotten Light Headed

Has anyone experienced any dizzyness or light headed my doctor says it may be from dehydration. I think I'm getting enough protein in (I think). I haven't seen a post about this yet (I think) I'm a man it could be right in front of me and I would miss it. Maybe I should ask my wife (lol)

And one more thing does anyone get achy at night kind of like your arms and legs are tired

Hey Paul...you're not crazy. I've been getting the dizzy/off balance feeling. Not constant but definitely something I never had. I attributed mine to needing more fuel in my body.

As for the aches...yes have those too. Almost feels like I have that restless leg syndrome.

I am light head/dizzy everytime I bend over. I have been dehydrated sinc surgery, I get IV fluids every week and I cannot sem to get in all thefluids I need. I am having trouble eating as well, I was weighed today and I am down 60 pounds now, and my surgery date was 6-12-12. I havehad 1 EDG and had no strictures so its just me lol

Unfortunately, any protein I eat/drink does not stay down so I am having trouble getting any protein.

In the very beginning now I'm doing great!

I get light headed everytime I stand up quick or bend over, or getting up out of bed. went to the dr. and found out my blood pressure was dropping to low. So I was instructed to intake all my fluids, and add a little salt in my diet to elevate pressure. So far it doesnt happen nearly as much, since I started what they told me.

i got this light headed and disiness for allmost 7 weeks after surgery. it is a normal step. when i started to drink more it became better. what help me more is mixing my water with electrolyte powder i buy at the pharmacy. i am on my 8 week and still get a bit of disiness when i over exercise at the gym. i recommend taking it easy and drink the water with electrolytes.
