  1. My surgery was July 29th, 2012!! I was scared too but wouldn't regret it for the world. The hardest part is that your mind still wants good and craves it but you literally will and can never eat a lot of food again!!

  7. I'm so sorry Mami. From previous post I've read your husband sounds like an ass hole. Just remember, this is your only life and you deserve to be happy!! I'm a single mom, it's hard but definitely doable!! Good luck with everything!!
  8. In the beginning it's hard to get all your liquids in but just try. I'm 5 months post op and still can't drink all the water I drank pre op. it makes me sooo full to drink an entire bottle of water!
  9. Today is my 5 month post op. I've lost 93 lbs total, 30 of those pre op. i can't believe it's been 5 months already!! What is everyone else's progress?
  10. I'm 4 months post op and have never dumped!! It scares me bc I think something is wrong bc I eat sweets and nothing happens except I feel guilt

  21. My BM are so irregular!! I take 3 stool softners daily but I really only go when i drink 4 tbs of milk of magnesium
  22. I had a slice of pizza 8 weeks post op. I let it get really cold. I haven't had a period yet since surgery. I have an IUD so I rarely get a period anyways.
  23. Thanks ladies!! I guess I should be more grateful and less hard on myself. I've lost 65 including my pre op weight loss.
  24. I lost 30 lbs on my pre op and 35 lbs since surgery. I talked to my nutritionist and she said I'm normal. She said 1st month is 20-30 lbs and about 10 lbs each month after that. I need to excersize more.
  25. I'm 2 months post op and I've only lost 35 lbs. Is something wrong with me? I dont eat a lot AT ALL. I was 267 on my surgery date and I'm 232 now.
