  1. That is funny how all of the doctors are different. By week four I was on a full diet with no restrictions. I also think it depends on how well your doing too. I didn't have any trouble getting anything down.
  2. My doctor told me 64 grams. I'm sure more won't hurt. What are you doing to get 70-80 grams. I have trouble trying o get 64.
  3. Wow you look great. I'm actually not losing much but I'm not giving up.
  4. Your welcome. Glad your feeling a little better.
  5. Wow that looks painful. I'm glad I didn't have one.
  6. That is so sweet. From the mouths of babes. Good luck on your surgery and I'm praying for a speedy recovery.
  7. Glad your doing well.
  8. I'm glad your husband still has hs job. Thank god.
  9. Michelle that is awesome. You did the right thing. If your not truly doing something for yourself you will fail. I hope you keep us updated.
  10. Sending prayers your way.
  11. Wait until you hear your stomach. Lol.
  12. Glad everything went well. Sugar free Popsicles are the best.
  13. Does the unjury make your soup thick. I tried that with soup and it was terrible. I didn't mix the powder with water first. So maybe that's where I messed up.
  14. Good luck to all of you. Praying for a speedy recovery.
  15. I have one too. My surgeon said it was very mall and it might correct itself from the weight loss. Also he said a lot of over weight people have them. If its not that bad they might not have to remove it. I used to have pain and spasms but since the weight loss it hasn't bothered me. Good luck on your surgery.
  16. My doctor told me if I'm going to have any kind of bread it's best if it's toasted.. I get full off of a half of a sandwich too. I think that's an appropriate serving.
  17. I hope it's nothing serious.
  18. Wow such a great story. Very inspiring.
  19. Those meds are something else. When I had my surgery as soon as the nurse started injecting the meds in my iv I was like whoa. That stuff had me high instantly. The only time I asked or it was when I was really in bad pain or if I couldn't sleep.
  20. That's not good. I only go every 2-3 days but 2 weeks that's a long time. I would take a laxative and if it appens again I would call my doctor. Are you drinking enough Water?

I was a heavy smoker prior to my surgery(April, 23) . I stopped smoking the day before my surgery. So far I am smoke free. If I'm trying to get healthy that's another thing I needed to do. Also the smoking can cause ulcers.
