I kept on my schedule with my shots which I take weekly. No bad reactions. However, since you've skipped several weeks, you probably need to build back up. Call your allergist for advice.

Share your concerns with your surgeon.
I had a super easy recovery but I did prepare myself for the worst. I spent 3 months on this site reading everyone's experiences and have learned a lot.

I keep reading this over and over... stay off the scale. Bodies lose at different rates. Have you measured yourself?

I've tried grape and punch. I had to really "work" to get them down. They have an odd taste to me. It helps to add some crystal light to them but I'd rather get my Protein from Syntrax Nectars if I want a clear.

Look at the bigger picture. If you lose 18 lbs every 34 days, in a little over 6 months you will have lost over 100 lbs.

I'm having no trouble with liquids either. But I've read that isn't abnormal with liquids. True test is denser food.

I can only imagine how hard it is for your daughter to face the weight battle at such an early age. There's a subsection of this forum dedicated to Self pay and Mexico. Look for that and read, read, read. Has you daughter been online reading the forums, too? I would suggest that as well. You may have already done that.

Low sodium chicken broth with powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chicken and a splash of cream. Sometimes I add a few instant potato flakes. This is my go to Soup. Surprisingly, I like it more than creamy Soups. The Protein powder makes the creamy Soup too thick.
I also like greek yogurt with Unjury strawberry sorbet.
