Congratulations on hitting your goal! What an amazing feeling that must be. I can not wait until the day arrives that I can hopefully say I hit my goal weight! Wishing you continued success on your journey, you are doing a fantastic job!!!

Thanks everyone :) My best advice be would follow the plan. Mine was protein/non starchy veggie (2:1 ratio), minimum 64 ounces water (I get between 100-150 ounces a day), 30 minutes of cardio/5 days a week. Don't beat yourself up if you fall off track. Just get back up and keep going. I haven't been perfect on this journey but I feel like the sleeve has helped me get back on track where as pre sleeve if I would have got off track I wouldn't of been able to refocus and keep going.
