I'm looking at the list right now from my band Dr.... It says. Tylenol~Advil~Aleve~Motrin in crushable or liquid form only. Never swallow pills bigger than a birthcontrol pill or sudefed.

Buck what part of Mississippi are you in? I know that there is a band Dr. in Oxford Mississippi but are you anywhere near Memphis Tennessee??? If so there are 2 really good Dr's there!!! Let me know where you are located exacty and I might could help you!!!

No one has said exercise!!!! I deffinatly could do more of it my self!!! Also drinking at least 8 glasses of water helps me to lose more!

Hey all you great March bandsters... I'm glad to see this thread come up every once in a while. Its great to see how every one is doing.Which by the way is FANTASTIC!!!!! My update: I'm 79 pounds down!!! I went from a size 24 to a 16 so far. Just think in 4 months our 1 year bandiversary rolls around!!!!

Deffinatly be thankful.... for now.Your weight loss will come to a screaching halt...SOON!!!! It took me till I was about a month out and WAME!!!! I was starving!!!! Then thank goodness 2 weeks later I got fill and it saved me!!!!! Good luck and hope you are a great success with your band!!!

I have 3 cats outside. I love cats .... plus they keep the mice away( I live in the country)!!!! My 6 year old daughter has a hamster and a fish too!!!! We love all kinds of animals!!! Thanks you all for sharing the pictures of your sweet pets!!!
