  1. Our patient advocate sets everything up. I will be leaving with all meds at hand including blood clotting injections. They want to make sure you do not have any issues. I love how they are very involved.
  2. Me too. I had to attend a pre op class that later all day but very informative. They could stress enough the importance of the vitamins. I just bought my starter liquid vitamin set with all the required vitamins. I figured liquid wise would be easier. I also bought smart water that has electrolytes. I may be sipping but I will sip water with the added electrolytes to help prevent dehydration. In addition, I'm not a fan of the protein shakes so I bought "new whey" that is packed with 42 grams of protein in only 3.8 ounces. 2 a day will help a lot at least in the first few months. I figured that when I get to the purée stage I'm going to focus on eating high protein. Ie chicken purée..
  3. Hi everyone. Would love to see some before and after pics ❤????????????????
  4. I'm in Miami, you?
  5. I agree with ^^. It will be for one month or so. Can be the best decision.
  6. Lol sorry I'm new and didn't know how to go back and fix it. Yes, pre op diet. Thanks
  7. Hi everyone. I'm so excited. I was just wondering why some surgeons don't do the pre op surgery?
