  5. Yep much easier with fluids. That good ole restriction will kick in when real foods are ingested. Even at 6 weeks out I can barely eat 3 ounces of food but can handle all fluids easy. It's very good to b able too
  6. The surgery is the easy part. Following plan and exercise I totally think you are in control of the % u lose

  20. You will do great! Its not that you can't ever eat those foods, just in small portions and as a treat.
  21. YOU GO GIRL! As you can see from my ticker I started up there as well. I lost 40 pre op and it made things so much easier with the surgery. Every pound you can lose pre op makes the whole thing easier. You are doing great, and can't wait to see your progress after surgery! I am about 6 weeks out now and its the best decision I have ever made!!!!
