Congratulations--you look great! Are you at goal? I love seing pics of people who have lost this amount of weight over a fairly reasonable amount of time. I am happy for those who can lose 100 lbs in three months, but it's so out of the realm of what my metabolically efficient body can do, it can be a bit discouraging.

This type of story really reinforces how consistent, incremental losses over time really add up. You look like a different person! I would have never guessed that you were overweight/obese less than a year ago.

PS--I am also impressed by your lack of loose skin, especially on your arms. Do you do a lot of strength training/toning?
