Drink lots of water 64oz or more that's how I Broke my stall

I drink lot of water In take Acid reflex Medicine all My doctor goin say is Drink lots of water And take my medicine And I'm always hungry Feel like I'm going crazy smh

I always Feel nauseous No matter what I do when I wakeup drink Water before I eat After I eat smh It's driving me crazy it been 2 months Since I had the surgery

April 22 I notice I don't have no energy Might be because I'm on Clear liquids still I justs feel Real tired

How can I lose more weight I'm losing a pound a day but I need to lose more smh it feel like I will never get to my Goal weight

I feel so much better I lose 23 pound Since my surgery I thought I will never feel better now I need Exercise buddy I'm from NJ

That pain is no joke I was cryin like a baby it was the Worst pain I every had smh I know how u feel

I'm goin to the Doctors on Tuesday His office is two hour 30 minutes away from me

Do Anybody get real bad Sharp pains and there stomach every 15 to 20 min i can't figure out what's Wrong with my stomach I'm in lots pain My medicine is not helping me

Good luck You might not have to Go through same thing I went through everybody is Different

I'm still in pain and the gas pain is killin me smh but its gettin better day by day maybe next week I feel I justs want all the weight come off now but I know it takes time

Omg I had my surgery on april 22 mon I had my lapband Switch to Gastric sleeve that was the Worst pain ever I woke up screaming after Then they gave me morphine shots it made my pain worst then Try 3 other Medicine that was the worst day of my life when I woke up I'm still in a lot of pain smh when I had my lapband it wasn't nothin like this everybody told me it not goin hurt

Awww thanks for The support y'all justs Readin Y'all comments making feel better already lol I'm starting a new journey in my life so that mean out wit the old in the wit new no more bein sad So I have to kick that a*****e To the curve lol

I'm so Tired of people tellin me not get this surgery nothin goin Change my mind I wanna be Healthy and Smaller and feel good about myself Then this guy I really like have nerves to call me today and tell me I don't know why u getting this surgery u sill goin be fat that hurt my feelin so bad I always try make him feel good about his self I always try do Everything make him happy and show him I really care about him I feel that he think I'm not Good enough for him because im fat smh and I think no Nobody else want me so I deal with him until I lose weight I know that bad It makes me feel worse about myself when im around him I'm justs So tired of everything Im tryin be happy about me getting my surgery more people try put me down then my mother wanna go wit me when I have my surgery tomorrow but she sick and her leg swollen I have nobody Else to come wit me So I might go by myself all I wanna do is Cut my phone off and try take a nap and hope I feel better when i Wake up

I'm goin try not eat Bad food after the surgery it's Hard for me to justs eat a little bit I'm emotional eater and I used to be Bulimic food is all I think about I justs Hope I get on the right track I don't wanna be Failure people already tellin it's not goin work I want to prove them wrong and prove to myself I can do it
