I would ask if she is in the office, then when they transfer leave a nice message with all you contact numbers(also letting them know what number(s) it okay to leave a message on). The I would wait a day and a half for a call back if no response, I would call back to see if someone is assisting her on scheduling because you have waiting and heard nothing back yet. Good Luck keep us posted. I understand some of what you are going through, I was approved in Feb. and they said 4-6 month wait for a DATE then I heard 8-12 months for a DATE. I called a few times got no response. Then I called and said I need to comfirm information because I was going to self pay in Mexico if it was correct. Then I got a call back the same day! LOL

6 oz a day, I think you are lightheaded, because you need more, your are running on fumes. I would double check with your doctor and just make sure you heard them correctly. That is very little. Good Luck and keep us posted!

You have already come so far!! Just keep pushing forward, The preop diet will be over before you know it. Just think you are so close to what you have worked for your surgery. You made it thru the 5 months so you can make it thru the preop diet. I would love to be where you are right now, I was approved on 5th of Feb. and I'm still waiting for a date and have a few more months to wait. Good Luck!!

it depends on your insurance because some people have passed me with their process. I have kasier, I did 6 months with nutr, psy eval, sleep study and got approved in Feb. but I was told there is a 6 month wait for a date because they are short a surgeon. June 6 will be my 4th month of waiting for a date. But I did call last week to find out they have hired a new surgeon for the hospital I am assigned. So with two surgeons, I am hoping it will not be longer than 6 months of waiting.

I would also wait until after you are at your goal weight, because of where you want it. I have some on my arms that I am sure are gonna look a little crazy after I start to shed pounds. Good LucK

First thing first good luck to you. Do you have various flavors of protien available to you, bottled water, chicken broth. Most importantly a person to help you for the first day or so. But I think the list in pinned in pre or post-op sections. Good luck to you and keep us posted.

I had my eval with kasier it was done over the phone. They asked questions to see if you were stable enough to make an informed choice. A lot of the questions were yes or no, based on that you got a score. Depending on the score they let you know if you needed to come in and see someone for further discussions.
