I did that last weekend and I havent even been sleeved yet!! I said I will not be this size come next winter or fall so it time to donate it all!! I will either be in smaller sized clothes or naked!! LOL Because I got rid of it ALL!!

I have heard removal is better, but everyone is different. But do you really want to chance another attack before you new insurance kicks in. Or miss radom days because of attacks. I would just go for removal to get it over and done with. But that's just me! Good Luck

You look great!! I am still waiting for a date. But in the past when I have lost weight here and there, I felt that way to. I think MY issue was I didn't want to get too excited because I felt like I would gain it all again, which I did but not for this reason. I just stopped working the program and got lazy! It's like in the back of my head, I was telling myself it was just temporay and I was going to screw it up again. I call it my inner fat girl voice... but as I am waiting for my date, I have told this inner fat chick to shut up and I'm gonna do this time and keep it off. I think our eyes/minds play tricks on us sometimes. But when I look at your pic I see hard work and focus.

Congratulations on meeting this goal. I was thinking if your not already doing so start to journal at each goal you meet, because the thing about being able to fit into the shirt that you and your husband went on your first date in was a mini reward by itself!! Because of the great memories!! But the massage from your husband is a great idea too!! LOL

Hello and welcome to the board. I'm sorry I don't have an answer to your question, but I still wanted to welcome you. Also a side note, you and my sister share the same name!! Good luck on your path to a healthier life.

I have never heard of that... but some people do body wraps. But most people in the begining are just focused on the scale dropping and do some toning as they go. Also everything doesn't work for everyone. I have a few friends body wraps did nothing other had some good results. But it would be interesting to hear if others have heard of this and their results with hemorrhoid cream with/without suran wrap to help tighten the skin.

I do understand the waiting it hard. I have been approved since Feb. and I am still waiting on a date!! I just found out the current wait for a date went from 6 to 8 months. I wanted to scream! But good luck to you, hope you phone rings soon!!
