  1. Try to not let it bother you. It ws the same for me . While nothing showed on the sacral it did show in my clothing. You will quite often lose inches and the scale will stay the same...Never fear or become discouraged...I started at a size 14 and am wearing size 8 and 6 now. I'm 8 weeks out
  2. I think those power shots are sugar free......I have some...they taste sweet but they havent any real sugar...I would call your doctor.....sleeping on the side of the road is not a good thing. Hope you slept rather than passed out. sounds weird.....
  3. Awesome ! Good to hear from you.

  7. yeah on making a hard decision to change your life for the better. We will all be on here cheering you on ! Today i am writing down all our names that go into surgery this week and will keep us all in prayer(including myself) ! You will be fine. I try to think of this being a sweet and sour even...kinda like childbirth. You have to go through the bad before you are rewarded with the good. You will have pain but it wont last forever : ) Go through and find some positive feeds to read..keep those in mind. Chek out the before and after pictures : ) God bless you and keep you !
  8. wow, five inches is long ! i didn't think any of the incisions would be that long.
  9. go talk to your boss....they have to appreciate honesty...explain the situation and about how important your job is to you and ask if they would prefer you to wait or do it now. Surgeon will always be there, not so for jobs...
  10. I'll be your friend ! I hopefully have my surgery on the 9th of November...getting a bit nervous.
  11. Thanks for all the information, it is much appreciated . I will do my share when Im done . a lurker : )
