My breathing is doing much better! I took home the little breathing tool for practice.
Each day gets better from the pain!
I am very determined to make this work so hopefully this will be easier!
Hugs!

Thanks! I 100% am and emotional eater!! I am so proud of you for your amazing weight loss.
I really hope it does work, the band didn't so I guess I just feel I have two strikes. One for getting this big, one for the band failing and one waiting in the wings. Lol.
I will do my best to think of your amazing weight loss when I doubt myself!

Thanks I am very greatful to be safe! It was clear that this guy did not need help, he was very scary and seemed to be drugged or drunk.

Oh do I wish that phone would ring for you!! Good luck, I am sure it will ring soon. In the meantime know that EVERYONE is beautiful in their own way, find something that you love about yourself and focus on that. Everything else will come in time! (I feel you are a beautiful lady, soon you will too.)

I was tested for sleep apnea and they said I was fine. My Grandma and mom both have a snore problem.
It sounds like a grizzley bear is in the room sleeping, lol.
I always teased my mom and grandma as a kid that they snored during movies and woke themselves up. They denied it and I just laughed, now I do it.
Thanks for the Tylenol idea!

TLP, I feel ya. Everyone seems to have to give their 2 cents about ME being able to lose weight. I can be here for you, friend me and we can chat through all of this! I really need support since I have decided that I am telling everyone I am going deer hunting with my husband the week I am off work!

Jsd2- Keep a positive fame of mind and go back to the basics. Good luck with everything!

Thanks guys! I think I have made up my mind to share in time. I also appreciate everyone sharing their story and what they have gone through, it helps to know that I am not the only one. I don't feel like such a failure now, I feel good about myself and my journey so far.
I get the removal of the band on the 7th and 6 weeks later I get sleeved.
Really thanks to all of you! I love this site!

Thanks! That is true, I just have to keep that frame of mind!
I am not a fan of crazy mean family and coworkers.
Thanks for the pep talk.

Honesty, I would stop. It is really important that you do, not only for your overall health but for your recovery. I was banded in 2009 and I smoked a pack a day, it was hard but for the recovery and overall health it was worth the quit!
To answer your question, I don't think they would know or be able to tell by blood work, but they would most likely be able to smell it.
Good Luck!!

Way to go! Keep up the great work.

Being scared is 100% normal!!! The fact that you are starting early shows that you want this and seem to be ready!
I started at 320 pounds and was banded in 2009. I struggled with the band and now am having it removed on September 5th. I hope to get the approval for the sleeve for 6 weeks after the band removal.
Staying positive is the key to your success, no worries about the weight loss it will come!!!
Good luck and keep posting.

Now I am 4 weeks out and I am still not able to sleep on my tummy. I talked to my dr. and he said that it's becauseI had the band removed then 5 weeks later had the sleeve done with the open procedure. He said 8-10 weeks for tummy sleeping since the cut is from my belly button to bra line.
I am in high hopes that this will get better FAST I am struggling keeping active since I am getting so tired during the day from waking up all the time.
Hope you guys are doing good!
