Snore-A-Saures Rex Oh To Sleep Sound Again!

I am so excited for the night that I sleep thought the night! I am a snore box, bad, and I wake myself up all of the time. I didn't sleep worth a poo last night because my snoring kept me up.

I am really looking forward to losing weight and being able to sleep on my back without the SNORE!

weren't you tested for sleep apnea? that sounds like it could be part of your problem... when I have problems sleeping (mostly because of arthritis pain), I take tylenol pm...that works for me, but everyone is different of course

I was tested for sleep apnea and they said I was fine. My Grandma and mom both have a snore problem.

It sounds like a grizzley bear is in the room sleeping, lol.

I always teased my mom and grandma as a kid that they snored during movies and woke themselves up. They denied it and I just laughed, now I do it.

Thanks for the Tylenol idea!
