  1. Egg drop soup, won-ton soup (less the won-tons), and a milkshake for dessert.
  2. Trish it doesn't look good to me either, but I think your doctor needs to know about it. Do you remember him using alcohol to clean the area b4 giving you the fill? When I had my fill a couple of weeks ago, I was at the hospital and I was impressed my doctor was running around the room looking for alcohol, (his assistant wasn't there), and made sure he swabbed the area before inserting the needles. We'll all be waiting for your reply tomorrow, actually, we'd like to know if it's any better today. Hugs!

I thought Mandisa's had a great voice and she is beautiful, BUT, every time I think of her or read her name, all I can vision is that hideous top she wore, OMG, what was she thinking? Did she pick that out or was she sabotaged by AI?
  4. Oh yeah, Sams Club here I come, gotta load up on the Splenda. Just ran out yesterday and had to use sugar in my coffee, that was rrrrufff.

I was disappointed in my boy Taylor, he has so much more to offer. I'll bet he's thinking of a hundred other songs he could have done with so much more "Taylor" Mandisa, OMG, I don't know if she's trying to prove "I am woman hear (see) me roar" or what, but I couldn't get passed the stripes. I think she's really trying to prove something to Simon and now Paula for the unpleasant remarks towards her size, but she's gotta have a mirror somewhere. She is so beautiful, that black outfit she wore a couple of weeks ago flattered her so well.
  7. Vodka and orange juice for me, with a couple of strawberries and 1/2 a banana. I try to drink healthy, hehehe.
  8. I took it for years and probably just damaged my liver, cause I sure didn't lose any weight. I'd give it plenty of thought b4 starting it.
  9. Shanna, I'm so sorry to hear about the removal of your band. All I have to off is hugs and support. I wish you a speedy recovery from the surgery and the loss of the band. Big Hugs!
  10. Mine lasted for over a year, not as intense, but I will still occasionally get pain in left shoulder. Mine has actually hurt so bad before, I thought I was having a stroke or heart attack. The only thing that helped mine was massaging it, oh it hurt so good.
  11. Like Donna, been there done that. Don't try to wait it out, you could cause more harm than good.
  12. I got one of those special clocks from QVC that sets itself, its da bomb! Although, I wasn't sure it did it's thing until I got up and looked at all the other clocks which were WRONG. I've got these clocks at my beach house, where there's thunderstorms all the time, so I don't go crazy setting clocks every visit. Thank you Eileen, ms mother hen!
  13. Awww how special. What a wonderful story, my advice....take it a day at a time, don't become overwhelmed. I hope all is as expected.
  14. I'm sorry to hear there's a slip, I so hope it fixes itself. Keep us informed. Big Hugs!
  15. Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago, OMG, I didn't know I could get so much junk down in one day. Consider yourself smacked and have a better day today, LOL, but take warning, if it happens again anytime soon, we kick your a$$.
  16. Congratulations to this brave man. I know your family must be so proud. I salute your brother in law and all of our troops, risking their lives every day.
  17. You're my hero!!!!! Big Hugs!
  18. I didn't think about it before or after, until now. I was on the gurney in the preop room, by the time they turned the first corner I was out, and I woke up in my bed in my room, so I missed it all. I wonder if they have a crane in there, LMAO, doing the visual here, OMG!
  19. Thanks guys for all the well wishes, it was a great day, just another day older, LOL. No cake for me, my band doesn't like cake, at all, but it doesn't have a problem with pies, ymmmmm.
  20. Keri, sorry I missed your bday, hope your ladies night out is FUN!!!!
  21. I was 54 and my mom was 74 when she had hers done last year. He weight loss has been slower, she's only lost 33 lbs, but she doesn't regret having it done.
  22. Let me just say in my personal opinion, it's much worse to be over filled than not enough. My year of free fills are up, so yesterday, I got .2 cc of a fill under flouro and it was $360.00. I just hope it's not too much, what would be worse than paying that much is having to pay to have some removed. I've been on liquids, haven't tried real food yet, haven't really wanted anything, so maybe it's working. Take your time, trust your doctor's judgement.
  23. :clap2: :clap2: Congratulations on the new you. I'm so proud of you for taking the steps to be that new person. Now if I can just get up the courage to do it again, but when you describe the pain, OUCH! I'm such a wusssss. First step, make an appointment, LOL. You go girl!
  24. Karen, you've been though a rough year, the sickness of your DH, your numerous problems with the band and now this. I'm so sorry the band is causing this, I wish you the best....Big Hugs Girl! PS, How's your daughter doing with her band?
  25. Happy Birthday Sara, go do something special for yourself. I'm thinking pedicure. Enjoy!
