  1. I would of loved to be left alone! For the next five days concentrate on your next food stage. Look for recipes, make a shopping list, Go get a pedicure, take care of you! Its tough but you will get through it! Before you know it they will be back from their trip and you will be wondering "what the heck was i thinking"!
  2. I did not take any pictures specifically for that purpose. I have plenty of unflattering pictures to chose from. BUT what i did do was measure myself!
  3. Yes i went from mostly wearing a 7.5 to wearing a 6.5

  6. I started taking biotin 3 months before i had surgery and post op the first 3 months i was good. Then all of a sudden one day, about 14 weeks post op I almost started crying when i saw how much hair was in the tub! I am now 22 weeks post op and the hair has not stopped falling out. I had very very thick hair, where if you looked at my hairline it was covered. Now i can actually see my scalp when looking at my hairline and part! And lets not mention all the hair i have to constantly pick up and vacuum up from all the furniture and my bed. Thinking about cutting it pixie short!
  7. I was chased by a cicada! Those things are as big as birds!

  10. I have aetna but was in a simular situation. I had to do the 6 month supervised diet and my bmi at the time was 39.something low. I didnt have surgery until 11 months after initially starting the diet. If i would of lost 4 more pounds my surgery would of been canceled. Try not to gain weight on the diet because if they want to they will deny you. Just watch the scale. Good luck BTW i am in NJ too!
  11. 3 months post op for me and glad i had it done because i am anemic and vitamins B1,A and D were also very low. After a round of 3 - weekly vitamin B1 shots and lots of vitamins i am due to get my blood work done again this week. I will probably go in saturday morning to get my blood drawn.

  15. I was very thin from childhood up until my pregnancies. I managed to lose all my pregnancy weight and was happy with my weight for years. About 7 years ago the scale started to inch up. every year i was gaining an average of 8-10 lbs. Gained about 70-75 lbs in those 7 years. I managed to tip the scale at my highest weight of 228 in Feb of 2012. I had to do a 6 month supervised diet were i lost 25 lbs and had surgery on 1/9/13. I am currently 158 lbs and losing an average of 2 lbs a week.

At least this explained why i had no umph and always wanted to be in bed. Still feeling pretty drained but hopefully with all the new vitamins and b1 shots i will get my energy back soon. Hoe you feel better soon!
