Will sips fade?

Wondering if I will be able to have a bigger sip of Water eventually and about how far out? All I want to do is chug water I am SO thirsty. I know my body is telling me I am dehydrated and I'm trying my best to sip and chew ice. Can anyone assure me for my sake of mind that I can take a normal swig of water in my life again and it won't always be these baby sips?! Help!

I am two weeks out and I can drink water normally again.

Took me a few weeks but most of the time i can chug along without incident.

8 days out and I'm able to take large enough sips where that "OHMIGOSHI'MTHIRSTY" feeling is finally disappearing.

I am a month out and just starting to be able to do a little more than sip. It's kind of limiting my ability to go full out at the gym because I know I can't keep up drinking and sweating.
