So Flipping Tired

I am 4 months post op. Still Not eating much, I had 80% of my Stomach removed. There are some days I wake up and feel so Damn tired and dizzy. <_< Help, What are your thoughts?

do you track your protein and water intake? If you are not getting enough of either of those, it can make you very tired and dizzy feeling. Also make sure you are getting your vitamins!

I agree, make sure you are getting in all your water and protein or it will zap your energy.

I too am 4 months post op and had blood work done 2 weeks ago. Got my results back last week and it turns out that i am anemic. MY Vitamins B1 and A were also very low. B12 was high.

At least this explained why i had no umph and always wanted to be in bed. Still feeling pretty drained but hopefully with all the new vitamins and b1 shots i will get my energy back soon.
