I used the chantix too. My doc wouldn't even talk to me unless I was smoke free for 90 days. But in the end I went back. My sister tried the e-cig and has been smoke free for over a year now. That is my next step, the e-cig once I get to 5-10 lbs past my goal. I love smoking as horrible as that sounds but I know I really need to stop. It is hindering my whole "get healthy" process.

Thanks, Tiff! I didn't get the neck thingie and my face skin has bounced back pretty good too. My eyes, the years get to you there and the crows feet are definately prominent sometimes. THANK GOODNESS for make up LOL.

Been a while since I checked in. But its been a while since my weight has moved too. I am close to the Halloween goal! Just 6 more to go, I am pretty sure I'll get there if I stay on the path. Its no joke that once you get within 20lbs of goal how much slower and harder it is for it to go away. But I'll get there just like all of you wonderful people here. 2 more down, 6 more to go! Good read, Pasquini! Very true. I got "lost" a couple of times but then realized I am on the right track and will stay on no matter how hard or trying it is. Sexy is a mind set. I was sexy @ my hightest of 280+, when I was 240 and I am sexy at 171 and I will be sexy when I am 155 at goal. My confidence in myself has never wavered but my health did and this has changed that for the better. You may be single, but I don't think that will last for too long unless you personally want it too Oh BTW, thanks, now I can't get that damn song outta my head .... "Oh, Pasquini, your so fine, so fine you blow my mind ...." grrrrrrrrrrr lol
