  1. I thought it used to be a sticky, but I can't find it. Even when I used the search bar. Only 11 days til surgery and I really need to get it together. LOL.
  2. Yay for another September sleever. Nanu, zoelifechick, and lorip are being sleeved the 20th also, so you'll have plenty of sleeve sisters. Check out the September board, lots of great people on there.
  3. Wooohooo! I expect full details on how day one went. I said I'm starting next Tuesday, but I think I will start on Monday to round it out. EXCITED!!!! We are SOOOO close.
  4. Check out the September forum also. I will add you to the roster and it looks like there might be others there around that time.
  5. LOL. Great poem!
  6. And you'll be coming in as I'm leaving! I'm outta there on the 5th! We are all so close together.
  7. Vote here for the September team name! Only 15 days until September!!
  8. You are so close to the all-important "overweight" milestone. You go boy!
  9. 25 here. Married with a 4 and 2 year old. :-) I know what you mean though.
  10. You look like you've never been fat. Absolutely breathtaking!
  11. Hell yes CT Fats! Embrace it! I love my hourglass shape. Never been anything other than a perfect .7 on the waist to hip ratio and even though I wear a very sexy 24 right now I think this figure will rock just as much in a 6!
  12. Like! I bet you're still glowing from this.
  13. You look even more BEAUTIFUL! I hope to be able to share similar stats at 5 months out.
  14. Yes. I think apple juice will fit somewhere in the liquid diet, but I thought you were doing more than just the 3? I am starting on the 23rd and I can't do it alone!
  15. I've been thinking about this a lot... lol.. I'm a loser. I liked September Super Stars, but August was All Stars, so now I'm nominating: 'September Sparks' ...because you have to have a spark to start a fire.
  16. WOOHOOOOO! I am so happy to hear this. Only one day ahead of me.
  17. I am obviously not mature because I had to open this to find out what HRT stood for. I would think, however, that this is something you definitely need to discuss with your doctor. I don't see how the weightloss will have much to do with your use of hormone replacements. Not something to do on your own.
  18. 160 oz of water a day will not harm you... If you tried to do that in an hour or two it could dilute your electrolyte balance and cause some damage but over the course of the day is fine. At 300 lbs, my recommended daily water intake is 150 oz....
  19. You look HOT lady! 100 lbs in 10 months is amazing!
  20. That's no small NSV in my book. You are doing amazing work! Just think 60 lbs in 2 months would have been unthinkable and you are totally rocking it!
  21. Woohooo! Luck and prayers your way!
  22. Lol.. I think that's Operation Prep: Mission Two!
  23. I forgot... lol.. Your list reminds me of some things that I have acquired. 12 - 4 oz. easy find rubbermaid food storage containers 5 classic Torani SF syrups (French Vanilla, Caramel, Hazelnut, Chocolate, Raspberry) Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender (AMAZING!! I bought it a couple weeks ago at Wal-Mart ($12) and it's awesome! Way better, and cheaper than the bullet!) As far as the scale and the baby spoon/forks, lol, I already have those (my youngest is 2). The scale I have is this one: http://www.amazon.com/Escali-P115C-Digital-Multifunctional-Chrome/dp/B0007GAWRS It's awesome and very inexpensive for a scale of it's caliber. I bake, so I've had it for some time but when I brought up weighing my meals rather than using a measuring cup it was quickly pointed out to me that our bellies are 2-4 ounces capacity by volume, not by weight/mass.
