  2. Hello, For the past 2 days i have been experiencing dizziness and lightheadedness. When i woke up this morning i almost fainted... Before i freak out and go pay $200 for a doctors visit i thought it might be wise to see if it could be related to my sleeve, Im 6 months out and have been loosing steadily for the most part. I was naughty on monday and ate some junk food with my bestie (which is very rare) but today is friday... maybe im low on something nutritional?? Id appreciate any advice or ideas! Thanx Shelly

  4. Lookin forward to a less sticky New Orleans!!!!!
  5. OMG! I'm so happy this is normal. Lol I've been so scared thinking I'm gonna die!! I felt great last week but I'm guessing it's the anemia that has me so down. I have a client who is a gyn I think I'm gonna ask her for advice, and possibly a b12 shot!! Thank you all so much for sharing! You are all a blessing!!!
  6. Hello, I was sleeved 13 days ago, I'm down 20 lbs -- but I have now had my period for 11 days?!?! For the past 3 or 4 days I have been freezing cold constantly (it's been beautiful 70 degrees here in New Orleans ) I have also been so weak and tired. Just wondering if anyone else has had this post op?? Ps. I've been doing fairly well with my nutrition so I think it's more period related.
  7. I just had my surgery Monday. I know every dr is different but my doc just had me fast the day before and do a cleanse with magnesium citrate (which is awful) but my surgery went beautifully. I feel great only 4 days out other than some gas pains. I paid cash. I kinda feel like a bunch if that **** they make you do is for insurance. But when you just fork over 14000.00 cash its kinda straight forward. Just do your thing girl. Do your very best and worst come to worst fast and flush!
  8. I'm so excited to know some people before going!! I think it's the only thing keeping me from being scared witless!!
  9. I'm still going. I know it's frightening but I'm just not going to bring much with me. No cash or valuables. Which sucks because my engagement ring never comes off but I guess I have no choice.
  10. I'm the 19th!!! I'll prob see ya at the recovery house.
  11. Wow. Nice to hear someone else did the e ciggy! This is the end of day 2 and I'm doing ok. Carl on the other hand is on his day one and having it a bit rough. I hope tomorrow will be easier for him too!!! I have been having the munchies. But I have plenty fresh fruits and vegies to snack on!!
  12. I was wrong about it. Thank god I checked before I booked my flight! Im not sure where I'll be staying yet. Have you found any reasonable prices? It seems so pricy to just stay overnight lol but I guess it is what it is.
