Thanks Julia, the great part is it doesn't even feel like a diet at all. It's just eating smaller/ normal meals. After the liquid diets pre and post it is really great! I have my whole MX experience now in my "about me" section now. And a few pics in the glallery. Take care!!

Dr. Kelly Patients... help please :)
Hi Julia, I only stayed one night, but I stayed at the Hacienda Del Rio because Lucerna was booked up. It's up to you but I'd let Trish or whoever, know your plans before you schedule your flight. I wish I had stayed the extra nIght because I was enjoying myself and hanging out with my sleeve sisters. I hear Lucerna is very nice too. Good luck to y'all please update on how things are going! Oh, and the hotels are close to Dr Kellys office from what I understood.

Red Itchy Rash
I had it with the tape too but i also had thrush on my tongue so i wasnt sure if it was an allergic reaction or yeast. I removed the tape and got some of those Danactive yogurt Probiotic drinks and both went away.

This whole not drinking while eating...
I drink almost right up until I eat, but refrain from drinking during my meal unless it's just an occasioonal tiny sip to keep from choking. I usually keep plain water on hand, and since i don't like plain water, this also discourages me from drinking during meals. I then set my phone alarm for 30-40 mins then start drinking. It's not that hard for me cuz I started doing it months before my surgery. Also, the amount of food is so small during my meals so I don't get overly thirsty.

Mexico In House Financing: Any help would be welcome
I think Dr Rodriquez does it, but down pymt was like $3500, which is about half the total cost. Seems like I remember someone mentioning Dr Almanza too, but I am not sure. Good luck!!

Down right discouraged!
I'm sorry you're having a rough time. At 4 wks some of the swelling should be down but I have heard can take up to 6 wks. It can be overwhelming. Are you on a PPI/acid reducer? Sometimes acid can feel like gnawing hunger. It can also cause nausea. Is your urine dark? That is a sign of dehydration, and nuasea can also be a symptom of dehydration. I highly recommend the PPI it can make such a big difference. I hope you feel better soon. If not please call your surgeon.

Feeling Sorry for Myself
There is also Zumba for Wii, but I haven't tried it. I tried Just Dance 2 for Wii and I love it. I've also been doing Turbo Jam on dvd. Its a little slower lower impact than Tae Bo so I can keep up easier. Its way too hot to do anything outside here.

How do YOU keep track of what you eat & drink?
I would usually go ahead and count all of what i measured cuz i would normally finish it later. I use myfitnesspal app on my iphone. Its free, and is also a website you can use on the pc as well. I like using the app on phone cuz i always have it with me and it has a huge food database.
