  1. Welcome to bandland! Each day gets better! :)
  2. Welcome to LBT! Stop by as often as you can!:biggrin1:
  3. How cool! I can't wait to see the pictures!:biggrin1:
  4. I switched from ya'll to Y'all because that is what everyone told me. I'm going to try and say you all now, I don't know if I can though! :) (just kidding)
  5. ROFLMAO! I think you're right. It's a habit I need to break anyway!:biggrin1: I picked it up by talking on the phone at work to the public, now I can't seem to break it!:biggrin1:
  6. Congrats! You'll be there soon! Good Luck!
  7. When I first came here, I always spelled it Ya'll, but got corrected many times and was told it was y'all. Then they had a big write up in the Dallas News saying it acutally is y'all, so I changed it back! Now, I am totally confused!:biggrin1: :biggrin1: :biggrin1:
  8. Welcome to LBT! Glad to have you aboard! There is lots you can learn here just by taking the time to read it all. We have a great group of people willing to help you any way they can. Just jump right in and post along with us!:biggrin1:
  9. A picture is a worth a million words! Your smile tells it all! You look beautiful!
  10. Good for you, that is great!:biggrin1:
  11. Have you tried those strips you put on the nose at night? I think they have some at a fair price at Walmart. I just read an article too about a new procedure they have now that can be done at the doctor's office. I'll try to find it if I still have it and let you know.
  12. Congrats! You won the battle!:biggrin1:
  13. That's not silly, that's great!:biggrin1:
  14. Congrats to you! I know you are excited!:biggrin1:
  15. Glad you are feeling better! I always find that sipping warm stuff helps too! Good Luck!
  16. Usually (if you aren't too tight) it passes right through. If it hasn't bothered you by now, I don't think it will. There have been a few posts on here with the same problem, you might do a search on it. I think someone once said eat some peanut butter. If you start having problems I would contact your doctor, if you don't have any symptoms I wouldn't worry about it. Good Luck!
  17. Welcome to LBT! Glad to have you aboard!:biggrin1:
  18. Congrats on the fill and the w/l! I hope this is the sweet one for you! :biggrin1:
  19. You don't have to eat just breakfast foods, eat anything you want to. Sometimes I have a piece of chicken for breakfast or some cottage cheese and fruit or cereal.
  20. Congrats! It will be here before you know it!:biggrin1:
  21. Your title got me too!:biggrin1: Don't worry, you'll have steak in no time at all!:biggrin1:
  22. Joy, are you doing liquids only for at least 24 hours after you pb? You could just be irritated or swollen up a little bit. If you have tried to do the liquids only and are still having problems, then you are too tight. Sometimes it is a good idea to do the liquids only for 2-3 days if you have been doing this for a while. Please don't let this go on for too long, you really need to get some solid foods in you, and you don't want to damage your band. If you have tried the liquids, then I would definately call your doctor.
  23. I think it is great she is going to get checked out. Too many times we think everything is band related, and that isn't always the case. Good luck and let us know how she does. :biggrin1:
  24. Try the boneless skinless chicken thighs, they do really good!
  25. Mmmmmmmm.....Love Cheese!
