congrats!!!!!!!!!!!! thats so great. I am laughing because when I first read I have a date I thought with someone. Its been a long day. LOL.

I have my first consult with the surgeon next Tuesday. I was just wondering how long has it been from the time you started the process until your surgery date?

When I read the title of the post I was also thinking.....I wonder how they met...maybe here!!! LOL

I just went to the doctor on Tuesday but I made my decision a long time ago. My sister had surgery in August and I have been trying to get my insurance to pay longer then that I just decided that I was going to pay for it myself and then continue to fight, hopefully I will get reimbursed but not too likely... Good luck on your consult I hope you get your surgery as fast as I am getting mine!!!!

YAY!! WOO HOO!! *does the happy dance* Hopefully soon I will be able to post the same message. I have already done my psych eval and the nutritionist visit.. all i gotta do is the support group, and the pre op class and I get my date.. They are saying early april! soo YAY!! and I will put you in my prayers for that very special day. The first day of the rest of your life!! How wonderful!
