Hello Y'all! I haven't gotten to read the posts yet, so I can't comment on any of them, but I will. Gosh, has anyone got a few extra hours they can send to me? I can't seem to find enough time for anything anymore! I am still babying my foot, I sure don't want surgery, but some things you just have to do and I can't stay off it all the time. Hopefully I am not hurting it too much. I'll tell you one thing, I sure miss just going barefoot and I miss walking. I can sure tell the difference in my weight too, while the scale hasn't come up, my inches are! I feel like my arse is glued to chairs! I had to renew my driver's license, I am so glad you can do it on line here in Tx. I just love it! It is so hot here, even the pool is warm. We sure could use some rain! I promise I will try to catch up with y'all! If something happens I need to know about, please pm me! I don't want to miss anything important. Love you guys!

This really saddens me so much, I will miss Ryan. God seems to take "special" people, so we know Ryan was special.

Good Afternoon Y'all! Just trying to get here and say hello to everyone! It's been a busy month and I haven't had time to think! My son is here and I am cooking more every day it seems. An update on my foot, I went to the doctor and he said I still have some swelling in my foot, he is telling me if I don't stay off it I am probably looking at surgery if it won't improve. It's really hard to stay off it with so much to do, but I do try. It still hurts a lot, but I don't have near the swelling I had before or the big knot, but it hurts to stand on it. Sherry and Beanie I love the pictures! You can tell a big difference in both of you. Darcy I hope the back is better, I have back problems too, so I know how much they hurt, and yes I have to keep moving too! Sometimes I find if I lay down on the hard floor it helps, but it's hell getting back up! Eileen - Hope your shopping wasn't too bad! Enjoy your time in the pool! Kat - Glad to hear DH is doing better! Hope he didn't over do it too much! Cindy - I bet you are busy getting ready for school! Well, I guess I can't even sit down and write this, now I have company so I have to go! Hope to catch up later!

Welcome to bandland! Try eating some jello, it helped me a lot! Are you drinking any kind of protein drinks? Like the others already said, you don't have any fill right now, so you won't feel much restriction until you get some. Good Luck!

Hi Y'all! Sorry I haven't had much time, I got home from the trip and my son was here from Indianapolis. I have been spending time with him. I really enjoyed going tubing and laughed so much. The river walk was nice, except I couldn't walk as much as I wanted with my foot, so I didn't get to see everything. I took some pictures of the tubing, but then forgot my camera on the river walk. So, now I have to use up my film so I can get them developed. I bought a Water proof one so I could use it on the river. Eileen - Happy Birthday! I sure hope you had a great one! I love it that your rings fit again! Kat - I am so happy everything went well with your DH surgery! I am going to try to get back on here and do some personals, but right now I am running really late and need to get dressed for work! Later gals!

Morning Y'all, I don't even have time to post, just wanted to let you all know I will be out of town over the weekend, so don't send the dogs out!:eek: My washer went out and we had to shop for a new one, I can do with out a lot of things, but a washer isn't one of them. Anyway, everyone have a great weekend, have fun and enjoy yourself! Later!

I didn't feel a thing until I went to 2.8, a small amount makes a big difference!

I use to eat the breast all the time, now I eat mostly the thigh, it goes down much better. Sometimes I dip it in some ranch dressing and that works too.

I admire you for being able to go places and live all by yourself. I know it must be hard not knowing anyone, and having a language difference at the same time. Hang in there, when things get too tough, just do what you did this time and come here for support.

Just remember to eat slowly, you will be fine. Try some soup or something till you feel more comfortable. Good Luck!

Hi Y'all! Gosh, I don't think I will ever catch up! Things do move fast on here! Well, DH got his van all done, well we have more to do, but it is licensed and passed inspection and cleaned up! He is a happy camper. He got his tools all over to the job and he is ready to start in the morning. :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: I sure wish I had his hours! Eileen - I am so happy that it wasn't cancer! Wow, what a relief y'all must feel now! I just can't do challenges, every time I try I eat everything in sight! As soon as I tell myself I can't have something, I'll die trying to eat everything else to get the thing I can't have. I keep doing them though and it hurts me every time! Now, if I tell myself I can have anything I want anytime, I do good! WTF? Sherry - I had a really hard time giving away all my clothes, I kept thinking I could just wear this at home around the house, or what if I gain my weight back, then what. Well I finally packed it all up and gave tons of stuff away, and I have never regreted it. I only wish I had some of the tops I had in a smaller size! Sherry I love nascar! But once in a while, I snooze too! After all, it is a long race! :D Cindy - I can only say that it was good for me to think about my folks, and cry. It took me a long time to talk about them without crying, I just was so close to mine, especially my mom. We did everything together and talked to each other all the time. I not only lost my Mom, I lost my best friend. If she needs the time to mourn, let her do it, it really will help her. Darcy - I just love your avatar! I smile everytime I see it! You look so different! :D Anne - Don't worry about losing 50 pounds, put on your swimsuit and enjoy! You'll look stunning no matter what! Kat - You know your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I just know in my heart things will work out for you. I hope you enjoy a little down time at the motel before you get to the hospital. God knows you can use some R&R! Patty - Enjoy your time resting, after all, you'll be back home watching kids all by yourself soon enough. Sometimes we just need to kick back and enjoy life. Pat - I am missing you girl! I have to tell you a story, this morning I was in the kitchen getting my cup of coffee at 5:00 a.m. and saw a spider crawling really fast on the floor, a big one too! Well, I am scared to death of spiders, but ran to get a shoe to kill it with. I ran so fast I hurt my bad foot again, and totally miss the spider. I was so mad, mostly because I didn't even think about damaging my foot more, but also because I totally missed it. About half an hour later, DH got up and, when I walked in the kitchen I saw it again, and yelled, so he came running and killed it! Now, why didn't I just wait? I just knew he wouldn't come out again until I got in bed! Ewwwwwww, I couldn't sleep if I didn't know he was dead! Well, gotta run, catch y'all later!

I swim almost every day, and that is the first I have ever heard anything like that. My doctor thinks it's great exercise!

Thanks Greg for letting us know, he will be in my thoughts and prayers too. He has touched many people's lives here on LBT as well as mine. Please let him know we are thinking about him if you talk to him. Also, please keep us updated as well.

Hi Y'all! Dang, it is hot here! I have good news! DH got the job, (it's a cut in pay but it's still a paycheck), and he starts on Tuesday. We just sold his truck a couple of months ago, because the place he worked furnished him and truck and he hasn't used his own truck for 6 years. Now, we had to invest in a different vehicle! My DB gave him a van he had, but needed lots of work on it as it had been sitting for a long time, so we have been working on that getting it going. It sounds like y'all are doing so good with the ice cream/chocolate. I haven't had any either, but I almost stopped and got a cone while I was out running for parts for DH. Now, I have to go right back again and I sure hope I have the will power to say no again! My foot still hurts, but the swelling is gone and my ankle is of normal size again. Hopefully with me doing the brace support on it for a longer time will help it. Well, got to run and get the other parts for DH so I will catch you all later! Have a great day!

Michelle I think about you all the time, wondering how you are doing. I am so proud of you for maintaining like you are. It doesn't surprise me though, you have always been and inspiration to me, and you always will. Hang in there, I know it hasn't been easy!

Dh had an interview, they sent him for a physical, hope it goes well, It's a big cut in salary, but I think he will like the job, close to home and great hours.
