  1. Welcome to LBT! Keep us posted on your progress.:biggrin1:
  2. Good Morning Y'all! TGIF! Just wanted to pop in and say "hello". I have been busy and just haven't made it here. I don't have time for personals again this morning, we are having a special meeting at work today (hiring of a new big shot) and I want to look nice. Today is jean day, but I want my hair etc. to look real nice. I don't know what I will be doing different, I curl it every day etc. but I want to take a little extra care with it this morning. I have made it through the week without any sweets though and I am happy about that! Of course the weekend lays ahead of me and those are the toughest days of all! Cass - My fills don't hurt at all, I can't hardly tell anything has been done when he does them. Usually the first fill will be small, and it will have a little effect the first few days/week, then you will be back to normal. I didn't have much restriction until 4 or 5 fills. Don't worry, you'll be fine! Later y'all!
  3. Good Morning Y'all! Well, it's here! Back to work and back to eating right again! I can't say I am looking forward to either one right now, but I am looking forward to no more sweets! Gosh, I felt like I couldn't get through the day without a cookie or a piece of chocolate candy! I am not a sweet eater, so it's been a real trip for me. Now, give me the mashed taters and gravy, along with a good hunk of meat and I am good to go. I do like my veggies though!:hungry: Cindy - I laughed when I read your post because the first name I came up with for Mandy's dog was cookie. I thought one was oreo, the other could be cookie. Great minds think alike! I am looking forward to your pictures from yesterday! Kat - It's hard to believe some people just can't be trusted but it happens all the time. Sorry DH had to leave, but glad he got back in time for that special kiss!:clap2: :clap2: Beanie - Hope you had a great time with the girls yesterday! I wish I could have made it, maybe next time. Darcy - good for you for joing the Y. I am proud of you! Eileen - I love it that you blacked out the faces, the internet is a scary place for children's faces! Anne - Glad you had fun at your party! Dianne - It looks like you enjoyed your trip! Glad you go to meet up with Eileen, we got to see your purdy face again!:girl_hug: Mary - Hope you enjoyed your vacation with all the problems you had. Well, I know I missed some of you, but it's time for me to get dressed and go to work. Oh yeah, remember my tire I got fixed? Well, it was flat again the next day! So, now I have to go back again to see what is wrong! UGH! Catch y'all later!
  4. Relax, this is the time for healing up more than weight loss. After you have a few fills, you'll get some restriction and you'll start to lose. Right now, just concentrate on healing up properly!
  5. Good luck! All the things you are feeling are normal! Take some time today and read through the threads here and you'll gain lots of information. I took a pillow with me for the ride home and it helped. Let us know how you did when you can!
  6. Welcome to bandland! Good Luck!
  7. Awwww, he is so cute. My Mom use to have one just like it, but I can't remember it's name. For some reason I want to say Tippy, but I'm not sure, I'll have to think on it. He was lucky to find you, so maybe Lucky would be a good name!
  8. Happy Birthday! Hope you have a great one!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:
  9. Don't forget, new month and new year, go to the January thread!
  10. Just sip things slowly and you will be fine. It takes a while to get back to normal. Warm things usually went down better for me, a cup of hot tea is good.
  11. Does anyone have certain foods they eat for luck on New Year's Day? We have blackeyed peas for luck and cabbage for money. What is yours?
  12. Welcome to LBT! Good Luck, and keep us posted.
  13. Welcome to LBT Jerry! Swimming helped me when I couldn't do anything else. Good Luck!
  14. Happy New Year! May it be a great year for everyone!
  15. I had it last year and I threw up a couple of time, it didn't hurt me. As soon as I got to the doctor and he gave me some meds I was fine.
  16. Welcome to bandland! You can do a search at the top on the subject, we have several threads about it. Good Luck!
  17. Awww, what a nightmare! Glad to hear you are doing better now. Everyone should really take their time and find a good doctor. Don't just go to the first one you find. Remember not only is this doctor operating on you, he will be taking care of you long afterwards. Please do your homework!
  18. I didn't have any either, and actually I didn't need any. Each person is different though, some do have a lot of pain and others don't have any. Good Luck and may you be the lucky one!
  19. Welcome to bandland. Walking helped me more than anything. Each day gets better!
  20. It took me three times, but I finally did it! That was fun!
  21. Good Morning Y'all! I can't believe I'm the first one here! Hope you all had a nice New Year's Eve. We had a good time, didn't go overboard on food or drinks. BB later!
  22. Good Morning Y'all! Just got back from the store AGAIN, had to go get some stuff for tonight. We are have the neighbors over too, so needed some last minute stuff, you know all the fattening stuff! :bananajump: Last day of the year, we might just as well enjoy it and start fresh tomorrow. :hungry: :hungry: :hungry: Eileen - You and Dianne are beautiful! You have the prettiest eyes! Have fun tonight at your party! Well, got to get busy, things to make and house to get cleaned up. I just wanted to stop by and say: Happy New Year! If you are going out, be careful! We want to see each and everyone of you back here in good shape!
