  3. Did your salad have any protein in it? It sounds like you're not getting enough protein dense meals to me. I was told we could eat lettuce but spinach leaves were better for us and to concentrate on protein, then vegetables, fruit and lastly bread.Do you belong to www.myfitnesspal.com it really helps to track what your daily totals are. Good Luck!!:confused1:
  4. So glad you are doing well, take it easy, everyday is better. Carla

  8. It's ok to be nervous and you are gonna do fine, it's kinda surreal after wanting it so long and wham it's here. Use the time to get organized, make your broth, I made a few casseroles for the first week home. shop for a few sizes at Goodwill. I went to a major retail dept store and bought new jeans and 2 pairs capri's and now they come off without unzipping and it's only been 6 weeks so I know I'm going to resale shops for next size. Good Luck. I've had surgeries and this one was the easiest.

Tommorrow is my 6 weeks anniversary but for the first 2 weeks my loss was even with yours.Your body is in shock and it'll even itself out just stick with the program and try to exercise some. 18. bring something loose to wear home, sip, sip, sip, walk, walk, walk and be kind to yourself and rest. I think the fluids are very important and unflavored protein helped me, although you dont need to stress over protein at first, it helped me heal, I'll be a month post op this Saturday. I love the sleeve. You'll do great just make some broth or buy egg drop soup and crystal light popsicles.
