  1. I love lilac trees and I loved getting to know Blossom, so I will plant a new lilac tree in beautiful Blossom's memory.
  2. Congratulations Jamie! Glad you are doing well. Every day will get a little better.
  3. I got rid of all my bigger clothes with the exception of one pair of pink shorts. They were large to begin with and I still stretched the elastic to it's limits. I am only keeping the shorts as a reminder that I will never be that size again.
  4. Happy birthday Teresa!!! Hope it is awesome!!!!
  5. I live on Long Island, so I would love to meet you guys!
  6. I started out at 5'0" weighing 263 and wearing a 26/28. I am now 75 pounds lighter and wear a 16. The 18's will probably be too big for you by the summer.
  7. Good luck with your surgery tomorrow and best wishes for a speedy recovery.
  8. Mine never knew my weight, but since he was not supportive of my getting the band, I told him. I thought it was pretty obvious at 5'0' and 263 pounds, but I guess not so I told him.
  9. Dear Chantal, You and your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers. Please keep us posted.

  15. Glad you got your spunk back Lisa. I hope you never run in to him again, but if you do, step on him like a bug. You are so inspiring. You're like the energizer bunny.....nothing stops you.
  16. I'm a short, overweight, big boobed grey haired almost 50 year old (in April) person. I am pretty healthy so I can't complain.....but if I did I would like to be younger, taller, thinner, blonde and still big boobed, just not a double DD. Hey I can dream can't I. lol

  19. I'm so happy that everything went so well for you Rachel. You'll start to feel a little better every day.
  20. I know so many suffer from post op gas. I was very lucky that I didn't have too much discomfort with that. I hope you are feeling better.
  21. Sorry you had to go through this Leannie, but glad you are better now.
  22. This was a great post Penni. Thank you so much. I think I need to really analyze what I eat more. I know the tuna is more than one serving, but unfortunately it never stopped me from eating the whole damn can. I really need to work on portion control and I really need to start keeping a journal of what I eat. Thanks again.
  23. Good luck on your test!!!!!
  24. Stayed overnight. Hated every minute of it. Went home with a catheter also. Took forever to pee.
  25. I put mine in the dryer and I have hefty ones. I think you are awesome and yes you should put your pants in the dryer too.
