I just discovered the crock pot liners for those of us too tired to wash the huge thing-u can put just what u want in the bag & cook it without having the big crockpot 1chicken breast problem.

Really good but I popped the stitch on the biggest incision which felt great as it was causing lots of pain which is now gone but as a result I have to be extra careful not to give myself a hernia- so dont strain when pooing- easy up & down w/ bed & chairs. Still have the lift restriction.
They glued me w/ dermabond & weren't very precise w/ it. One incision near bellybutton lifted up & the glue came off! My surgeon said its ok but keep it clean & dry.
I'm allergic to many adhesives so steri strips aren't an good option for me.
They itch like crazy- i lightly scratch around them but only over a t shirt.

I brought many many pillows like 5- 2 " mini", 1 log, 1 round, 1 regular-used them all. I hate sleeping on my back & used them under my arms & feet/knees & butt to wedge me up.
I used chapstick & bought a variety pack of lip smackers. Nice to have flavor!
I brought ipad & phone
Charger & extension cord
Small tabletop fan - needed the breeze & noise
Eyemask
Lucky hat
Nightie-I sewed velcro to the straps so I could put on/ take off w/o problems
Robe
Toiletry case-brush, hair ties, face wipes, deodorant, extra glasses.
I brought headphones but didnt use bc I had private room.

Please find a good clinical team, you need the input of a variety of disciplines to get the best care results. Seizures aren't fun and can be quite dangerous if they occur in the wrong settings or so frequently that you have damage to other organ groups. (Like hitting your head on the way down, or breaking your wrist, I'm told that it can also be caused by ischemic attacks to the brain which is why they ordered all those imaging tests.)
Hope you feel better and get a concrete answer, but sometimes the best answer they can give you is a honest I don't know, not helpful but at least they've leveled with you.

Lets be honest here.
I was really there for the cajun fries.
The burgers are good, but I'm a recovering fry gal.
To eat only 6, and only after my Protein was a major victory for me.
Yes, 800 cal is high but I'm ok w/ that.

Had 5 guys-bacon cheeseburger and cajun fries.
I am one who didn't have this surgery to give up my fav's.
So, I had the patty, cheese, bacon, grilled onions and like 6 fries w/ vinegar.
I threw out the bun minus 1small nibble.
I did not finish the whole patty. At 2 bites left I gave up bc afraid to over eat.
And yes, I did put it in mfp.

::hugs:: that really sucks. Maybe you could go down to party city & get some luea stuff & make a staycation? Get a bucket of sand to put your feet in, a poster of Hawaii, cd of music, make a pork roast... Etc.

Sounds like shes either super envious or some other version of wrong in the head.
I know it sucks losing friends. Luckily, I lost all mine years ago when I got so obese I wasn't fun anymore. My current friends aren't superficial that way & we talked it out. Shes outraged I today weigh the same as her but were working through it.
Sorry u have to put up with that. Hang in there whose really on your team will be evident soon. If shes not on your team then so long farewell.
