  6. I was a diet pepsi junky before surgery the last one I had was the night before surgery I don't miss it things I crabed before have changed to different things, yoir tastes will change
  7. Final monthly check in Starting weight was 196 Todays weight 189 I didn't reach my month goal but I'm happy down -7 which is awsome
  8. I have never done something for muself that was more worth it , I wish I had done it 20 years ago down almost 45 pounds so far

It gets better , addiction to food takes awhile to get over but you will when your band works for you , I really don't think about eating that much anymore every 4-6 hours I think geeze I should eat something but in between I really don't think about food, I had 1 slice of pizza today and thought meh I should have had chicken that would have been so much tastier. Its hard in the beginning but your love affair with food will fade .Best of luck
  10. Yes! I also LOVE spicy food and after banding when I was back to solids my tolerance was terrible, its getting better now though , I'm about 14 weeks out

  16. So far, Crossing my legs Returning a shirt because it was to BIG Not constantly thinking of food My husbands arms going all the way around me Running up a flight of stairs Not being winded bringing the laundry from the basement to the top floor
  17. My doctor was the same no alcohol or asa two week prior
  18. I felt great a week post op as well followed and still following the rules to the letter dropped 40 pounds so far , you will do great and congrats on the loss so far
  19. feel better, I am dreading my first illness and I get a really bad case of bronchitis every year
