Alcohol before surgery?

Okay, I know this may sound like a stupid question but... My surgery is Monday and tonight is my sisters birthday. Does anyone know if it would be okay to have just ONE drink? I was thinking maybe even just water with a little vodka in it?

Thanks ladies. I didn't drink! Instead I found crystal light pomtinis and felt like I had a mixed drink in my hand all night. I recommend them! :)

The desani pineapple and coconut liquid drops in water taste just like a piña colada! A virgin one of course, but very tasty...

Love the fasani drops
