  1. I was just wondering how the Doctor decides what size band to put in,do you have a choice, I am afraid if they put in a 10cc band for example and its at the max with no restriction there is no where for them to go with it and it was a waste , what are all your thoughts ?
  2. I don't know if they are good for bandsters as I have not got mine yet, however my son has type 1 diabetes and need to eat good carbs and proteins and eats the protein one a lot contains good amount of protein and healthy carbs
  3. So I have made the choice to get the band spoke with my surgeon two days ago and will be booking for July , any dos and donts from those who have already had it done ? I am afraid I will fail at this and not lose the weight I intend to ,its kind of freaking me out a bit ,did any of you have that in the back of your heads that you wont lose the weight?
