So I have made the choice to get the band spoke with my surgeon two days ago and will be booking for July , any dos and donts from those who have already had it done ? I am afraid I will fail at this and not lose the weight I intend to ,its kind of freaking me out a bit ,did any of you have that in the back of your heads that you wont lose the weight?

I am still pre-op as well, my surgery is Feb 11....but all the feelings your having seem to be normal! I am going through all this and freaking myself out! Just know that there is a reason that we are willing to go to the extremes of getting surgery! And just educate yourself as much as you can, I have been trolling these forums for a really long time before even making my decision, and I have learned a ton! As far as my doubts, they scare me but I am going to work hard to not let them become my reality!
