Unjury as far as protein powders go doesn't taste bad not weird after taste either. I ordered from Canada and had the shipment in three days

Its usually water weight , I wouldn't worry too much about it

I have tried four shakes from that list and they are all excellent

Kale chips ,Yummy! you can make them yourself they give you a salty crunch that you crave

Try adding extracts like mint or coconut, I see a lot of people here add sf ff pudding mix of instant coffee to them, I have to go on a prescribed shakes for two weeks prior as well and although they taste ok the texture leaves a lot to be desired

My pre op shakes will be with water and even with that they are super thick

I had mine removed about 14 years ago and I thought I was having a heart attack ,crushing pain in the middle of my chest, mine was also very sudden and severe, something that needs attention.

I had the lemon aid today did not enjoy it agree it had a weird flavour , but the cherry mmmm like cherry kool aid

I just tried Nectar AMAZING , unjury isn't bad as well

Caribbean cooler is the one I tried , I have the strawberry kiwi ,lemonaid and the cherry , first protein ever I have not gagged on so its a plus for me, not much else in in in terms of nutrition but I think it tastes good, trying the strawberry kiwi tomorrow

I just got my Blendtec in on the pricy side but I swear I could liquefy a tennis shoe in it and its warranty is 7 years 8 through Costco with an extra jug amazing

And WOW so so good!! very impressed I can not taste the protein in it at all which is usually a problem for me ,cant wait to taste the rest of the flavours

Tomorrow is another day , we all have those days ,you can't beat yourself up for it just have to pick yourself up dust yourself off and start new.I hope tomorrow is brighter for you

I don't mind unjury. I tried syntrax and they don't have the option to ship to Canada ugh so frustrating and the sites that do just have the giant tubs ,I will keep searching , maybe I will call in the morning

slightly disappointed that I cant seem to find a sample pack of this supplement in Canada and so many good things are said about it if anyone knows where I can get the samples that would be great

So I guess I should wait until the newest one comes out

Have you tried aqua fit? It's very low impact and I know many people with issues are able to participate , they can usually modify it to suit your needs

Zumba by far is my favourite way to get cardio in , and we all look silly but who cares it so fun
