Bariatric journey Multiple procedures Since 2017 Active weight loss
  1. Doing okay. I have slipped a little. I am about 16 pounds away from my goal. Asked to be on Lomaira again to help with my mid day hunger. It's a tool, not a solution. The hardest thing for me to learn. Keep on going!
  2. Hi! I was a revision from band to sleeve in June 2017! Trying to get back on the wagon again. Only 16 pounds away from my personal goal. Water is a big one for me... oh and carbs and sugar!

  4. I am 60 days post op and down 30#. I can no longer tolerate ground beef, re-heated foods. I gave up Starbucks - my chai tea latte is no more. Cheese is out completely. Breakfast is a protein shake. Followed by 30 oz of water. Lunch is a small salad with Jenny Craig dressing. I can tolerate mashed beans, so I will have a 1/2 cup too. 45 min later another 30 oz water. Dinner is mostly out for me. I have a hard time keeping down the food. Most nights I will have a sugar free Popsicle. I had a few baby carrots and hummus today. That seemed good. I stay away from all white/brown carbs... They don't work! Bread, rice, pasta and all potatoes. Pirates Booty is ok for me. Good luck!
  5. I had my first fill yesterday and have lost 22! I was nervous, it did not hurt. He put in 3cc's and now I'm at 5. First day is kinda rough. I did not eat or drink much yesterday. Just work thru it and breathe!!!
  6. I had my first fill 2 hours ago! He injected 3 cc's. I felt fine in his office! Wow it's tight! Just breathing thru it!
  7. You may add me! tinawalters,

  20. Thank you everyone. I am 3 days away!! My job involves entertaining clients; I am in hotel sales. Maybe that's why I am as heavy as I am. I guess I'm having water!
  21. I was wondering if anyone here has shared at work that they have a lap band??
