3rd day post-op

So I've been tracking my shakes, water, Popsicles, jello, and broth... My fitness pal told me that I consumed 500 calories yesterday - is this normal???

I never consumed more than 500 calories my entire first week post-op. Don't worry about it. Just stay hydrated.

I am also on my 3rd day. I have been doing protein shakes, some jello (sugar-free of course), cream soup and broth. I am just starting to feel my stomach growl a little bit. I've been having 500-700 calories a day, but also drinking water and Gatorade all day. I did zero carbs the week before surgery. I lost 19 lbs. I have gained 5 back since surgery. I'm sure that's gas and saline and whatever else is going on inside of me!
