I have 2 bulging discs and now getting ready for surgery in may I finally went in for a fill 2 weeks ago because i was gaining weight, I cannot do any physical activity and will not be able to for a while, my father just passed away, and my mother was diagnosis with a anroysum, so i went into a deep depression so I know why I gained weight but I'm ready to get back on track, any suggestions on what I can do to help with the weight loss when I can't be physically active?
