Zumba!!!

I took a Zumba class tonite! It was great, burned lots of calories dancing. I'm sure I looked silly but hey I recommend it to all!

Good on you! Just remember, everyone else in the class was doing the same thing as you so you all looked silly together. Actually, you probably all looked like people committed to improving their health and fitness.

Zumba by far is my favourite way to get cardio in , and we all look silly but who cares it so fun

I love zumba and I am fixing to start back at it. You burn and insane amount of calories which is awesome..personally don't care if I look stupid, because I am burning calories and losing weight.
