That happened for me. I'm no longer addicted to Coca~Cola, chocolate or sweets and I can't express how happy that makes me.

So i went to the doctor the other day my pcp who i have been also seeing once a month through this process and she said i list 7 lbs since last month. Wanted to know what i was doing diff and i told her all i have really done so far was stop drinking soda i havnt had one in a little over 2 months but 7lbs in one month just from eliminating soda tells u how many calories i was just drinking. Sorry about the rambling but i was pretty excited about this and i go for my last of my 6month visits on the 6th cant wait to see what ive lost by her scale.. super excited / happy.
