  2. Did you happen to take your measurements before surgery? I measured myself again the other night (5 months post-op) and I was amazed at the numbers. Even though the scale is slow moving, my measurements have changed drastically. That gave me a little boost because I don't yet see it in the mirror either. It does help to keep your before and after pictures handy for a gentle reminder of how far you've come. Keep up the great work pretty lady!

  14. I also have trouble with eggs- scrambled eggs and omelets will not go down for me.
  15. I try to list the specific brand I'm using then it cuts down on scrolling through the lists. (Ex: Kroger brown rice). I agree, it is a pain sometimes.
  16. I had the same concerns, but I knew I needed help. I took a leap of faith, had the surgery and am quite happy that I did. I think we're all afraid of failing at some point. Best wishes to you!
  17. I tend to get really bad headaches after a fill, but they typically resolve after a day or so.
