desperate!!!!!

Hi, everyone I was banded 2 May 2013 ,everything went well with the op.....I lost 5kg the first week and was very happy with myself. I know it was because I was to scared to eat or try anything,But when the hunger started I started trying normal food...meaning my bread and then I realized that I could eat exactly as I did before surgery and that is a prolblem.!!!! I know a lot is in our heads...but it is difficult when your tool allows you to eat and feel as if you were never banded at all. I struggle ....I have my first fill next week the 14th and hope that it will give the restriction I need. I need to have that tool so it helps me too form new habbits, Please dont jump all over me ....I have been reading this forum and its help me alot with the information knowing that the tool needs fine tuning to get to the green zone ....I will let you know how it goes ...so far I have not pick up my 5kg/11lb I lost that first week . I did not do any diets before surgery ....I weigh 210.5lb and want to loose 70lb so I can be at my goal of 143.3 It helps to see all you guys so positive.....I felt like a failure because no diet ever lasted for long and if it did I picked it all back with some more!!! Good luck to all!!
