  6. I like those shows, but I really wish they would let the ladies wear shirts or tank tops instead of just a sports bra. I would be humiliated, but I guess they know this when they sign up.

  15. That sounds a little early to be running, but check with your doctor. I was able to fully run at about 6 weeks without any pain.
  16. Coumadin management is very complicated, but remember a blood clot could kill you. You could have gained water weight from being in the hospital, as you were probably on IV fluids. I would absolutely focus on healing from your DVT at this time. You have done a fantastic job with your weight loss and I'm sure you will continue once you are medically stable to do so. Focus on healing my friend. Wishing you all the best.
  17. First of all ((((hugs))) to you! Bless your heart, you are dealing with a lot at one time. I admire your raw honesty and wish you the best on your journey. I'm glad that you're going to see your surgeon- remember they are there to help you. Please don't be afraid, you got this.
  18. Lucky girl!
  19. Running! I've started to have a love affair with my treadmill~ his name is Charlie. He gets me all sweaty, keeps me moving and makes me want to keep going back for more.

  21. Congrats on your approval! It's very possible that he may feel jealous as you lose, but hey you'll be healthy right?! Maybe he needs some reassurance, but support is really important in this process. Some of us have it, some of us don't. I say do what you feel is best for you!
