Liquor

I havent had any liquor since Jan 1 and my surgery was Feb 5. Im going to a wine tasting party tomorrow with my friends. Is it ok to have a glass of wine? Preferably Merlot :)

Or is it not a good idea?

It's true that you need to get to know your band, learn how to listen to it, and learn how to live day by day....then you will know the answer to that question...

About 620 calories for my fav...Cabernet Sauvignon UNLESS...you have two BOTTLES! :)

I agree - enjoy, just figure in the calories for the day and of course realize it's empty calories and not something to indulge in too often. On the beer- most docs say carbonation is out- stretches the pouch. That means no beer, no champagne- no soda sorry
